1. License and Usage Winlify offers both a free version and a Pro version (available as a one-time lifetime payment).

The Pro license is granted to the purchaser's account and is non-transferable.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties (Crucial) Winlify makes deep modifications to the Windows operating system,

including the registry, network settings, and system services. You use this software entirely at your own risk.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all system configurations.

3. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall the creator of Winlify be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,

or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, system instability, hardware issues, or operating system corruption

arising from the use of this software. We highly recommend creating a Windows Restore Point before applying any optimizations.

4. Refunds Due to the digital nature of the software, all purchases of the Pro version are final.

We encourage users to test the Free version extensively before upgrading to ensure system compatibility.
